Regensdorf Real Estate Fund

In its role as the overall project manager, Offconsult is working with the client to develop a sustainable modernization concept for the existing building at Althardstrasse 10 in Regensdorf. The building is ideally situated at the heart of the ongoing urban renewal efforts centered around the train station and is to be renovated and redesigned in phases using limited resources in order to attract new tenants. The basis for this is the owner’s strategy to make optimal use of the building over the next 5 to 10 years. Offconsult is supporting the design enhancement as part of the neighborhood development.
