Conceptual approach

Baslerpark ecosystem. The building at Baslerstrasse 60 was originally designed as a commercial and office building. With the changing needs for flexibility and full-service offerings, the owners decided to equip the building with a mixed use. The building is a functioning ecosystem that meets all requirements for work, coworking, living/serviced apartments, community, technology, fitness and childcare. The name Livingtown says it all. Offconsult supported the owners and operators with the conception, planning and implementation.
