Raiffeisenbank examined various approaches and new concepts with regard to future interaction with customers and their needs. In this context, the concept of a community bank developed by Offconsult, which combines banking services with an innovative coworking space, was assessed as very attractive and forward-looking. As a result, a unique offering for entrepreneurs and decision-makers from SMEs has been created in the newly designed rooms at the Oerlikon site. The platform is used for networking, training and knowledge sharing and is complemented by a high-quality consulting service for private and corporate clients. Offconsult was commissioned by Raiffeisenbank to manage the project as architect and overall project manager.
