The well-known total contractor Steiner AG commissioned Offconsult with the planning and design of the Lucerne branch. In the course of the process, Offconsult was able to reduce the required floor space by half using innovative space utilization strategies. Today, the new Lucerne site is the pioneer of Steiner AG Switzerland in areas such as hybrid use of enclosed spaces, highly dynamic working, efficient use of space, ad hoc rooms and meeting niches.
