Axpo Baden

Axpo—Switzerland’s largest electricity producer and an international leader in energy trading as well as in the marketing of solar and wind energy—commissioned Offconsult to develop and implement the “New Ways of Working” concept at its headquarters in Baden. The Baden campus comprises several interconnected office buildings and forms the heart of the group. The focus was not only on the physical transformation but also on the people behind it: The consulting team specifically assessed the needs of the employees and guided the group through a comprehensive change management process. At the same time, the interior design team redesigned the spaces—making them modern, flexible, and tailored to the new ways of working. Finally, the workplace management team ensured a smooth implementation: relocations, re-assignments, and the setup of the new homebases were coordinated and professionally managed.
