Conceptual approach

Desksharing / Openspace / ABW

Can doctors work according to the desk sharing principle and/or in an open space? Together with the user representatives from the Department of Surgery, Offconsult developed the pioneering office model for administrative activities in the hospital. By involving the users in the planning process (co-design), we consciously and intensively accompanied the cultural change. The result was a convincing design with optimal space and the possibility for interdisciplinary exchange and use of synergies. The KSW project was "highly commended" at the "Building Better Healthcare Awards" in London.
