Activity Based Working (ABW) / non-territorial workplace concept

In its role as overall project manager, Offconsult worked with the client to develop a pioneering, non-territorial workplace concept for over 300 employees. As a result, no workstation is assigned to one employee or team; they are constantly regrouping in the various activity areas depending on their activity and function, thus increasing efficiency and optimizing the use of space. A 3-month workflow analysis based on the strategic, cultural and operational repositioning of responsAbility served as the basis for the right work functions.
